PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device capable of increasing contrast by improving optical efficiency by preventing screen distortion phenomenon brought about by thick film state formed at the time of coating a first absorption member, and to provide a method of manufacturing the organic light emitting display device. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device comprises a substrate 10 on which an image display part 12 including at least one organic light-emitting diode 30 is formed, a panel 20 which is formed on the substrate 10 and seals the image display part 20, a first absorption member 21 which is formed on an inner face of the panel 20 arranged corresponding to at least the upper part of the region of the image display part 12 opposed to the organic light emitting diode 30, and a second absorption member 22 which is formed overlapped with a prescribed width with the peripheral edge region of the first absorption member 21 along the peripheral edge direction of the region corresponding to the image display part 12 on the inner face of the panel, between the first absorption member 21 and the inner face of the panel 20.
