PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding device capable of easily performing resharpening of a cutting blade part of a drill without requiring skill. SOLUTION: The grinding device is equipped with a tool mounting material 50 detachably holding the drill 100, a tilting material 40 holding the tool mounting material 50 at an arbitrary tilting angle, and a grinding wheel 7 grinding the cutting blade part of the drill 100 held by the tool mounting material 50. The tilting material 40 can be reciprocatably moved relative to the grinding wheel 7. The tilting material 40 is composed of a first base 41 tiltable around a first pin 44 with respect to a substrate 37 vertically provided, and a second base 42 vertically provided on the first base 41.
