PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution support system for a construction site and a physical distribution support method for the construction site using this system, capable of particularly optimizing supply of materials to a plurality of construction sites, by efficiently and inexpensively supplying the materials regardless of a scale of the construction sites. SOLUTION: This physical distribution support system allows a management part to generalize supply time of the materials to the construction site C from an accumulating place S in response to work starting time at the site; and has a carrying request database 16 for storing a material carrying request transmitted via a communication means 22 to the management part 4 from the construction site, and a condition database 18 for storing capacity or weight of the respective materials being at least a management object and loading capacity of a transport means used for carrying; and is constituted so that the management part 4 can adjust carrying-out time of the respective materials in an allowance period M set in response to the work starting time with every construction site on the basis of information of these databases for improving transport efficiency.
