摘要 Functionalized oligomer or polymer (A) based on partially fluorinated poly(hetero)aryl (which is not, partially or perfluorinated dihydroxy(hetero)aryl- and dihalogen(hetero)aryl component) and one/more functional group per repeating unit, is new. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a physically and/or covalent cross linking non-strengthened or agents of a textile fabric, fleece, a elongated, optionally perfluorinated micro porous membrane, a porous core membrane or one micro porous phase inversion membrane strengthened ionomer blend membrane consisting of partially fluoridated poly(hetero)aryl and arbitrary others polymer (where the other polymers are preferential, which exhibits specific reciprocal effect (particularly electrostatic reciprocal effects), acid-base-reciprocal effect or ionic cross-linking with the polymers or with per-fluoridated poly(hetero)aryl transverse cross linked by means of a cross linker; and the choice of the cross linking and cross linkable groups are not reduced) with the acid-base blend membrane (where the polymer containing the imidazol group (particularly polybenzimidazol or butylamine-polybenzimidazole), preferably used as basic blend component), from the optionally well-known procedure; (2) the preparation of (non) functionalized base oligomer or polymer via nucleophile polycondensation comprising polycondensation reaction of not- or partly-perfluoridated diphenol(hetero)aryl monomers and/or dithiophenol(hetero)aryl monomers and not- or partly-perfluoridated dihalogen heteroarylmonomers (where the reactions is carried out at -10 to 250[deg]C); (3) the preparation of (A); and (4) a procedure for the production of physical, ionic and/or covalent cross linked ionomer membrane and ionomer blend membrane on the basis of partially-fluoridated poly(hetero)aryl and optionally other polymers (where the other polymers are preferred, which exhibits a specific reciprocal effect with the partially-fluorinated modified poly(hetero)aryl) comprising dissolving the acid polymers in a dipolar aprotic solvent (N-methylpyrrolidinon, N,N-dimethylacetamide, N,N-dimethylformamide, dimethylsulfoxide, sulfolane and/or other suitable dipolar aprotic solvents), optionally with a base (preferably neutralized with a primary, secondary or tertiary amine); adding the solution of the further polymer in to a dipolar aprotic solvent, optionally a cross linking agent, a thin film of the polymer solution on the base or on a porous reinforcement material optionally with blade, and the solvents is steamed off at increased temperature of 50-150[deg]C; and treating the obtained polymer film with aqueous by the following treatment step (where the sequence of the treatment steps can be varied as desired, and optionally a single treatment steps can be left out) in: optionally aqueous base (0-100%), (where the base is sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, lithium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, ammonia, amine, imidazol or pyrazol); demineralized water; aqueous mineral acid (1-100%) such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid; demineralized water; zirconium oxychloride (0.1-10M) and hypophosphoric acid (1-100%) (where the reaction is carried out at 0-100[deg]C for 1-100 hours).
