The apparatus has a panel speaker unit (30) generating an acoustic wave according to an external electronic signal. A front cover (20) covering a front side of the speaker unit is provided. The front cover has elastic spacers (21) and a diaphragm (22) to form a closed enhanced chamber (23), where the acoustic wave generated by the speaker unit drives the diaphragm through the enhanced chamber. The elastic spacers are made from a sponge.
