FIBER COMPOSITE PANEL WITH TENSION HEAD AND CONCRETE STRENGTHENING METHOD BY POST-TENSIONING USING IT

A reinforcement method for a concrete structure using external prestressing method is provided to anchor simply and strongly by burying a portion of an anchor pillar in a concrete structure and holding with tension heads of a fiber board, to prevent the breakdown by external objects and not to mar external appearance by keeping an anchored part projected to the concrete surface to the minimum, and to minimize the breakage of the existing concrete structure and to improve anchorage effect by burying an anchor pillar in concrete and using as an anchorage. A reinforcement method for a concrete structure using external prestressing method comprises the steps of: boring a hole formed on a concrete structure to insert a pillar unit of an anchor pillar(220) of a dead end anchorage unit(201) and installing an anchor bolt(611) into the hole; installing an anchor bolt to concrete corresponding to an anchor bolt insertion hole of a tension head(100) of the dead end anchorage unit; inserting a tension head to the anchor bolt; inserting an anchor pillar to the insertion hole formed on the concrete all over a rear round unit of the tension head; fixing the tension head of the dead end anchorage unit by coupling a nut on the front of each anchor bolt; installing a tension device on the outside of a live end anchorage unit(202); inserting a guide bar of the tension device into a guide bar insertion hole of the tension head and coupling with a nut; applying tensile force on a fiber board(500) by operating a hydraulic cylinder of the tension device; marking the location of the tension head of the live anchorage unit on the surface of concrete; separating the tension heads of the tension device and the live anchorage unit, boring a pillar insertion hole of the anchor pillar on the marked concrete part and boring an anchor bolt hole in the insertion hole, and then boring a hole on the concrete corresponding to the anchor bolt insertion hole of the tension head to insert an anchor bolt; applying adhesives on the side facing to the concrete surface of the fiber board; if the marked part of the concrete surface agrees with the location of the tension head of the live anchorage unit, inserting the pillar unit of the anchor pillar into the insertion hole formed on the concrete over the rear round unit of the tension head and adhering an anchor pillar support closely to the tension head, and then fixing with an anchor bolt and a nut; attaching the fiber board and the concrete surface tightly; and disjoining the tension device.
