Used to enhance the resistance of plants to herbicides, the nucleotides are degenerated 20 to 30 nucleotides by nucleotidic sequences, which are capable of amplification of the regions of proliferation of carboxyltransferase of the enzyme ACCasa, in which are located the mutations which confer resistance against graminicides.
