PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device and data transfer method capable of improving data transfer efficiency. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device 1 comprises: first and second buffer circuits 30-1, 40-2; a data bus 60; a first semiconductor device 20-1 for reading the transfer data into the first buffer circuit 30-1 when the first buffer circuit 30-1 has free space; a control circuit 10 for transferring the transfer data to the second buffer circuit 40-2 through the data bus 60 when the second buffer circuit 40-2 has free space; and a second semiconductor device 20-2 for retrieving the transfer data in the second buffer circuit 40-2. The control circuit 10 acquires the right to use the data bus 60 after the transfer data is written in the first buffer circuit 30-1, and abandons the right to use the data bus 60 after transferring the transfer data.
