PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a column which can bring about a replaced column with almost the same quality as that of a column obtained when mixing is performed by a mixer on the ground, by solving problems caused by a conventional deep mixing method of soil stabilization, a conventional liquefied soil construction method, a conventional PIP pile construction method, a conventional RG pile construction method, etc. SOLUTION: An auger, the leading end of which is formed with an excavation part, is advanced for excavation while being normally rotated, and reaches the position of the replaced bottom of the column. After that, the auger is pulled up in such a manner as to be normally rotated or substantially unrotated, while a filler, which composed of a mixture of water and powder with at least a hydraulic property and whose consistency at a mixed-up time or during construction is set at a table flow value of 150-400 mm, is ejected from the leading end of the auger.
