PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchorless drilling device capable of easily and appropriately drilling a wall surface in the vicinity of a ceiling without driving an anchor bolt in the wall surface. SOLUTION: The drilling device is equipped with a drill unit 16a having a core bit 17b at the tip end, a frame 14 supporting the drill unit 16a in a posture where the core bit 17b is turned sideways, a slide mechanism composed of a slider 20 and a rack 22 or the like which slide the drill unit 16a relative to the frame 14, an air cylinder 12 elevating the frame 14, and a press-contact part 14a having a rubber sheet stuck to the upper surface part of the frame.
