The same page content as a page displayed on a first display part of a mobile communication device in an open state is caused to be displayed on a second display part, which is smaller in screen size than the first display part, of the mobile communication device in a closed state without making a communication again so as to acquire the content. A control part (304) causes a content acquired from an external Web site to be stored in a storing part (305). A display control part (308), when notified of the open state by an open/closed state determining part (307), reads a desired page from the storing part (305) onto a first storage area corresponding to the size of a first display part (106), develops the page into bitmapped data, and causes the bitmapped data to be displayed on the first display part (106). The display control part (308), when notified of the closed state by an open/closed state determining part (307), erases the displayed data on the first display part (106), reads, from the storing part (305), the same page as the one developed as the bitmapped data on the first storage area, minimizes the character size, develops the bitmapped data onto a second storage area corresponding to the size of a second display part (201), and causes the data to be displayed on the second display part (201).
