<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle cleaning device which cleans a nozzle by removing nozzle contamination by rotating a brush with a simple mechanism without using a power source such as a motor for rotational driving of the brush. <P>SOLUTION: A gear 12 is incorporated into a rotating shaft 15 of a drum 9 to which the brush 10 is mounted. A vane 13 is provided to the rotating shaft meshed with the gear. The nozzle is cleaned by rotating the brush 10 by blowing an assist gas from the nozzle 6 toward the vane. Alternatively, the nozzle is cleaned by rotating the brush by blowing the assist gas from the nozzle to the vane after mounting the vane integrally with the rotating shaft of the drum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
