PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film forming method enabling the surface of a resin film to be non-irregular and flat, and to provide an optical memory manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A coating head 42a for a core layer is moved to the center of a glass substrate 21 after a film 15a is adhered onto the glass substrate 21. A coating film 13a is formed by dripping a core material onto the film 15a by the coating head 42a in the state of rotation of a coating stage 41. Then, the coating film 13a is irradiated with ultraviolet rays by an ultraviolet irradiation device 43 in the state of fixing the glass substrate 21 on the coating stage 41. At the time, the ultraviolet rays are radiated while the coating stage 41 is reciprocally moved to right and left against the ultraviolet irradiation device 43. Thereby, the core layer 13 is formed by curing the coating film 13 through uniformly irradiating the coating stage 13a with ultraviolet rays. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
