PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film winding method and a film capable of preventing generation of wrinkles by efficiently removing air. SOLUTION: When winding a belt-like flexible base film F on a core S while press-contacting with a contact roller C, a construction material of a core of the contact roller C and a construction material of the core S are formed of CFRP. Thus, deflection and deformation generated in the contact roller and the core can be prevented, and the base film can be wound by setting high pressing force to the contact roller, and generation of the wrinkles can be prevented.
