PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption by stopping an on-vehicle refrigerating machine till a certain time passes after stopping a travelling engine to reduce operation frequency of the on-vehicle refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: In the case wherein the travelling engine 8 is operated, this control device 22 controls the refrigerating machine 5 to cool the inside of a refrigerator 2 with drive of the travelling engine 8 when the air temperature inside the refrigerator 2 is the first threshold value t1 or more. In the case wherein the travelling engine 8 is stopped, the control device 22 operates the refrigerating machine 5 (S190) on the basis of the drive of an electric motor 8b when the first period:T1 or more passes and the temperature inside the refrigerator 2 is determined to be a second threshold value t2 or more (S180). With this structure, even if the air temperature inside the refrigerator 2 exceeds the first threshold value t1, a refrigerating machine 6b is stopped till the first period: T1 passes after the travelling engine 8 is stopped, and power consumption can be thereby reduced.
