PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow enabling a user to keep a sleeping posture mainly of the supine position which does not affect the physical balance adversely by preventing the lumbar part from floating without restricting roll-over while the chest is opened naturally because of both shoulders lowered by their own weight without compressing a neck part or shoulder parts. SOLUTION: The pillow shows supporting performance for supporting a head part and a spine part better than the supporting performance for supporting the shoulder parts and shoulder blades in the supine position.
