A digital/analog converter and a display device using the same are provided to remove an error between image data and data voltage generated due to a floating transistor and to generate exact data voltage corresponding to the image data according to the gamma characteristic. A digital/analog converter for receiving digital data including first and second data and converting the digital data into analog voltage includes a first decoder(331) outputting a first voltage to a first output stage(out1) corresponding to the first input data value; a first compensation circuit unit(333) connected to plural first output stages to output a second voltage to the first output stages except the first output stage outputting the first voltage; a reference voltage selecting unit(332) receiving plural reference voltages(VREF1~VREF9) and outputting first and second reference voltages corresponding to the first output stage outputting the first voltage; and a low-rank bit converter selecting a voltage between the first and second reference voltages from a data value of the second input data and outputting the voltage as analog voltage.
