The locking unit comprises a latch unit(21) for moving the gap between a locking point combined with a junction(11) installed on a body and a release point where the junction is unlocked, and a button member(22) installed on the outer surface of the collection unit to be pushed. When a user holds a handle of the collection unit, the button member is pushed and the latch member moves from the locking point to release point, and the collection unit is unlock from the body.
