PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide eyelash cosmetic giving good curl-up effect to eyelashes, having high curl-keeping effect in use and forming a beautifully finished eyelash. SOLUTION: The cosmetic for eyelash comprises: (1) a polymer (A) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of≥80°C and containing (a) methacrylic acid and/or its salt and (b) at least one kind of monomer having a solubility of≤2 g in 100 g of water at 20°C as constituent units; (2) an oily component exhibiting solid state at 25°C; and (3) powder having an average particle diameter of 1-20μm.
