PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor image recorder reproducer capable of allowing a specific person to browse recorded image data for each image. SOLUTION: The monitor image recorder reproducer is for recording image data photographed by a monitor camera and reproducing the recorded image data. The recorder reproducer is provided with a reproduction permitting identification data recording means for recording the reproduction permitting identification data for permitting reproduction of the recorded image data, together with the image data; an identification data input means for inputting the identification data from the outside; and a reproduction permission limiting means for collating the identification data inputted by the identification data input means with the reproduction permitting identification data recorded with the reproduction permission identification data recording means, permitting the reproduction of only the image data of the reproduction permission identification data that match the inputted identification data, and not permitting reproduction of the image data of the reproduction permission identification data which do not match.
