PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of an integrated panel and a fluid device capable of being further miniaturized to promote integration of fluid pipes. SOLUTION: In this concentric double flow channel-type connecting structure for connecting the integrated panel 1 and a valve 2 in a sealed state through inner and outer circular gaskets G1, G2 by concentrically arranging tubular fluid passages 3a, 7 and circular fluid passages 4a, 8, circular projections 11, 21, 31, 41 are formed on fluid supply/discharge opening portions 1A, 2A made of fluorine resin, circular grooves 51, 61 are respectively formed on the gaskets G1, G2 made of fluorine resin, a connecting state where the circular projections and the circular grooves are fitted to form a fitting seal portion 10 is retained by a retaining means pulling the fluid supply/discharge opening portions 1A, 2A and retaining them, and the first inner gasket G1 is constituted as a multi-functional intermediate gasket so that its inner peripheral face 54a is also used as outer wall surfaces of the tubular flow channels 3a, 7, and its outer peripheral face 55a is also used as inner wall surfaces of the circular fluid passages 4a, 8.
