<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared absorbing multilayer sheet and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer sheet has a core layer which contains a thermoplastic polymer and a metal oxide as an IR absorbing additive and a first cap layer which contains a thermoplastic polymer and an electromagnetic radiation IR absorbing additive and in which one surface is arranged to adhere to one surface of the core layer. In the method for producing the multilayer sheet, the thermoplastic polymer and a composition containing the IR absorbing additive are melt-blended to form the core layer, the thermoplastic polymer and a composition containing an ultraviolet absorbing agent are melt-blended to form the first cap layer, and the core layer is united with the first cap layer, so that a cap layer is arranged while being closely adhered to one surface of the core layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
