PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equivalent material constant calculation system capable of efficiently calculating an accurate equivalent material constant in consideration of the directivity of each material constituting a structure. SOLUTION: The equivalent material constant calculation system includes a shape data input portion that inputs shape data of each material, a material data input portion that inputs material constant data, a dividing portion that divides the structure into small areas, and a small area interior calculation portion that calculates equivalent material constants in the small areas. The small region interior calculation portion includes a boundary function generating portion for generating a boundary function F(u) indicating the boundary between respective materials in each small area, a section setting portion for setting an interval, an inter section calculation portion for determining an equivalent material constant in the section by integrating a function indicating a position to which material constant is applied in the section, and a small area equivalent material constant portion for determining an equivalent material constant in the small area based on the section equivalent material constant of each section.
