The current invention relates to a system 10 for the dissemination of media information to a receiver specifically associated with a vehicle 14. The invention also includes apparatus for quantifying the number of persons inside a vehicle when the media information is disseminated, and a user interface 20 configured to conduct statistical analysis on feedback information received from a vehicle 14 allowing market analysis showing the number of people exposed to such media information. The user interface 20 also allows the selection of media information for dissemination in the vehicles 14.
