<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar conversion module which restrains current leak via an intermediate layer 5 and has high light conversion efficiency, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell has the intermediate layer 5 which reflects a part of incident light and transmits a part thereof, and an intermediate layer separator 40 wherein the intermediate layer 5 is removed or deformed, thus losing conductivity. The intermediate layer separator 40 and a transparent conductive film 3 are not in direct contact with each other. Consequently, current leak via the intermediate layer 5 is restrained without generating cutting processing residue in cutting of the transparent conductive film 3 in processing the intermediate layer separator 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
