<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a common mode input voltage range of a differential amplification circuit. <P>SOLUTION: Parallel circuits of transistors MP 6 and MP 7 are connected between a transistor MP 4 of a first current mirror circuit and a transistor MN 3 of a second current mirror circuit. Gates of the transistors MP 6 and MP 7 are connected to input terminals IN 1 and IN 2 the same as the gates of the transistor MP 1 and MP 2. In accordance with changes in the common mode input voltage to be input to the input terminals IN 1 and IN 2, nodes N1 and N2 fluctuate similarly to satisfy I3=2×I5 and I5=I1=I2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
