PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deviation, damage or the like of a disk-like recording medium caused by the collision of a chucking plate with the medium when a lid is opened. SOLUTION: This player is provided with a player main body 3 having a disk loading part 4 equipped with a disk rotary-driving mechanism 11 for rotary-driving a disk recording medium 2, a lid 5 turnably attached to the player main body 3 to open/close the disk loading part 4, a chucking plate 13 for holding the disk recording medium 2 between itself and a turntable 12, a support member 14 for supporting the chucking plate 13, and at least a pair of pressing operation parts 15 and 16 disposed in the support member 14 and abutted on the chucking plate 13 to separate the chucking plate 13 from the disk recording medium 2 held between the plate 13 and the turntable 12 when the lid 5 is opened. The pair of pressing operation parts 15 and 16 are disposed on a turning supporting shaft 7 side with respect to a center line parallel to the shaft 7 of the lid 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
