PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which reduces the total weight of a backpack loaded on the shoulders. SOLUTION: A backpack 1 is fitted with a net-jacket 3, next, the net-jacket 3 is engaged with a hook 6 on the back face of a firm waist belt 2 and they are adjusted. When it is heavier, fulcrums 5 in both sides of the waist belt 2 are additionally utilized, walking sticks or the like are used as levers 4, depressed with the hands/arms or the upper body, then, the other walking sticks inserted in the net-jacket 3 lift up the backpack 1.
