The following relationship applies: 0.7*(A<SUB>M</SUB> * sin<SUP>2</SUP>(a ))/(A<SUB>D</SUB> * sin<SUP>2</SUP>(ß ) * n<SUP>2</SUP>) = N = 1.3*(A<SUB>M</SUB> * sin<SUP>2</SUP>(a))/(A<SUB>D</SUB> * sin<SUP>2</SUP>( ß) * n<SUP>2</SUP>), where n is equal to 1 or equal to the refractive index of a coupling medium with which the luminescence diode chips are provided.
