<p>An MB-MM(Multiband Multimode) mobile communication terminal and a communication method converting method in the MB-MM mobile communication terminal are provided to enable video communication to be converted into voice communication when one of originating and receiving MB-MM mobile communication terminals moves to an area where the video communication is unavailable during the video communication, thus call continuity is ensured. The first modem(210) performing video communication in connection with the first mobile communication network decides whether a mobile communication terminal is in a video communication disability area(300,305). If so, the first modem(210) outputs a driving command for performing handover to the second modem(220)(310-335). The second modem(220) is driven by receiving the driving command, and carries out voice communication with the second mobile communication network by conducting handover(340).</p> |
