<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce plastic deformation of an equalizer arm of a window regulating device. <P>SOLUTION: This window regulating device has a lift arm 2, a first equalizer arm 3 arranged on a one face 2b side of the lift arm and a second equalizer arm 4 arranged on the other face 2c side, a flange wall 5 formed integrally around a through hole 2a formed in the lift arm and protruding onto one face side of the lift arm, a shaft part 6 like an inside hollowed column passing through the through hole 2a and coming into slide-contact with an inner peripheral face of the flange wall 5, and a first annular projection 7 formed integrally around the shaft part 6 in the first equalizer arm 3 and coming into slide-contact with one face of the lift arm. Furthermore, this device has a second annular projection 8 formed integrally in the second equalizer arm 4 and coming into slide-contact with the other face of the lift arm and a receiving part 9 formed integrally on an inner side of the first annular projection 7 in the first equalizer arm 3, forming a clearance between the inner peripheral face 5b of the flange wall and it, and protruding onto an inner side of the flange wall.
