PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanizing mold constituted so as to prevent the occurrence of an air reservoir in a mold without providing a venting hole to facilitate the attaching or replacing work of a tread ring. SOLUTION: In the tire vulcanizing mold 1 equipped with the tread ring 2 for molding a tread and a mold main body 4 for supporting the tread ring 2 and divided by the dividing surface parallel to the equatorial surface of a tire, a plurality of slits 3, which extend to the outside of the tread ring 2 and terminates at the inside of the tread ring, are carved in the tread molding surface of the tread ring 2 and the grooves 5 and 6 communicating with the slits 3 are carved in the back of the tread ring 2.
