PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic yarn supply device in a core yarn manufacturing device, capable of unreeling and supplying elastic yarn, without causing inverse winding and winding to a rotary roller. SOLUTION: This elastic yarn supply device in the core yarn manufacturing device supplies the unreeled elastic yarn D to a draft device by unreeling the elastic yarn D by rotating an elastic yarn package 21 in a driven state by rotating the rotary roller 22 by allowing the elastic yarn package 21 to contact on the rotary roller 22. The elastic yarn D is pulled out along a tangent T of the rotary roller 22 from a contact point formed in a plane for connecting both axes Cp and Cr of the elastic yarn package 21 and the rotary roller 22.
