PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel that can prevent display failure, decrease in contrast, degradation in driving voltage or degradation in durability by controlling particles for a display medium to be used. SOLUTION: The display medium (3W), 3B used in an information display panel comprises two kinds of display media having different optical reflectance and charging characteristics from each other, wherein the two kinds of display media comprise display medium particles A and display medium particles B, respectively. The display medium is characterized in that; at least one kind of particles in particles A, B are approximately spherical particles produced by polymerizing a source material of particles containing monomers; the source material of particles contains an (acrylic and methacrylic) resin-hydrocarbon resin copolymer or a copolymer of an (acrylic and methacrylic) resin and an (acrylic and methacrylic) resin having a hydrocarbon group or a fluorohydrocarbon group in a side chain; a part of the monomers or the entire monomers are polyfunctional monomers having a plurality of polymerization reactive groups in one molecule; and the particle has minute irregularity uniformly distributed on the particle surface.
