摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular structure inspecting means capable of improving work efficiency without necessity of measuring by returning an enlarged image, on purpose to the original compact image, in the case that the size of scratches and the like are measured by enlarging the image of an object to be inspected for more minute observation. SOLUTION: The tubular structure inspecting means 1 is provided with a hard head having an observation function and an illumination function at the tip end and a thin and long flexible insertion having a bend part. The hard head is provided with a surface-emission laser 18 emitting a laser beam, a piezoelectric vibrator 15 scanning the emission angle of the laser beam, and a length measuring means consisting of a detector detecting the reflection light of the laser beam. The tublar structure inspecting means also comprises an enlarging observation means having an observing function for widening the viewing range of the observation function larger than the scanning range of the length measuring means, and a scanning angle controller 58 controlling the emission direction of the laser beam of the length measuring means in linkage with enlarging observation means.
