<p>A knee protector structure for a vehicle capable of securely preventing an upper side absorbing bracket from being deformed by a tensile force acting thereon through a connection bracket when a lower side absorbing bracket is deformed by a knee input energy of a rather small occupant. The knee protector structure for the vehicle comprises the lower side absorbing bracket (13) capable of absorbing the knee input energy of the rather small occupant and the upper side absorbing bracket (14) capable of absorbing the knee input energy of an occupant with an average physical constitution. The lower side absorbing bracket (13) and the upper side absorbing bracket (14) comprises the connection bracket (21) connecting the input side end parts (18) and (20) thereof to each other. A tensile force absorbing means (35) capable of absorbing the tensile force (34) from the connection bracket (21) is installed on the upper side absorbing bracket (14) near its input side end part (20).</p>
