The device has a case (21) connected to an end of a body (11) in which a force return unit (22) is housed, where the unit (22) is axially connected to a rod (24) integrated to a piston (12). Force application units (26A, 26B) are connected to a common support (28) formed by the case by compression springs (27A, 27B), where each unit (26A, 26B) applies an elastic force on the unit (22). The unit (22) is fixed transversally and the support (28) is movable transversally with respect to the rod (24).
