A method for the purification of gases of hydrogen sulfide by absorption with absorptive solution, which contains soda ash, quinhydrone resin and sodium thiosulfate. The absorptive solution is used at a concentration of sodium thiosulfate of 200-300 kg/m3 at the temperature of the process of 303-318 K.
