METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING VIRUS CATTLE LEUCOSIS BY AN IMMUNODETECTOR OF SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE

The proposed method for diagnosing virus cattle leucosis by an immunodetector of surface plasmon resonance consists in immobilizing the antigen at the surface of the detector, providing the interaction of the antigen with the analyzed serum solution and measuring the angular displacement of the resonance parameter that is directly proportional to the concentration of antiviral agents. The present invention provides a possibility to decrease the diagnosis time and blood volume required for the diagnosis as well as to accomplish the diagnosis in field environment.
