A holographic protective element contains a basis made of plastic material, on surface of which the hologram is formed, the design of hologram includes holographic components performed by means of vector and scanning graphics, and each holographic component is made in the form of holographic relief of protrusions and grooves, which alternate. Each holographic component performed by means of scanning graphics is formed from a set of geometric figures or signs, which fill the plane of the surface, on which the hologram is formed.
