A process for preparation of bis-[? -(4-acetylaminofenyloxy)ethyl]ether by interaction of paraacetaminophenol with dichlorodiethyl ether in the presence of alkaline agent. The interaction is performed in aqueous medium in the presence of catalysts of interphase transfer.
