The method for the surgical treatment of the pancreatic cyst comprises the mobilization of the jejunum, the dissection of the jejunum, the passage of the efferent end through the window in the mesocolon, its sewing with the longitudinally dissected wall of the cyst, and the application of intestinalanastomosis. In the efferent loop in the area of intestinal anastomosis the site where the afferent loop is approaching is deserosised. The sero-serous sutures are applied in the perimeter of the site between afferent and efferent loops of the jejunum.
