A clutch with driving and driven half-clutches, at that the driving half-clutch is placed inside the driven half-clutch and has a hub, shoes and springs, each of those connects the shoe to the hub. Additionally it is equipped with working shoes and two-arm levers hinged to the hub. One arm of each two-arm lever is kinematically connected to the shoe, and the other arm is hinged to the working shoe.
