MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR A BELLOWS TYPE CONTAINER USING VINYL SHEET

A method for manufacturing a bellows type container using a vinyl sheet in a series of processes is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by forming the bellows type container with a bellow forming roller by using a cheap vinyl sheet. A method for manufacturing a bellows type container using a vinyl sheet in a series of processes includes the steps of: forming a bellows in which concave portions(220) and convex portions(210) are repeated by forming a vinyl sheet(110); cutting the vinyl sheet in which the bellows is formed by a predetermined length; facing and fusing both ends of the vinyl sheet; and facing and fusing the lower ends of the vinyl sheet.
