A mixer-sprayer contains a housing with convergent and divergent channels of expanding nozzle, a toroidal chamber installed between them and an annular chamber connected with it. The annular chamber with a channel of constant section is formed by two coaxially installed surfaces of truncated cones with smaller and larger bases connected with convergent channel and toroidal chamber respectively, in the middle section of annular chamber perpendicularly to the surfaces of truncated cones on the perimeter spiral pins are installed. In this case, the critical diameter of the divergent channel is greater than the critical diameter of the convergent channel.
