A multipurpose unit to make food products comprises a frame, a container arranged on the frame, a lid of the container, a mixer with blades, which is placed inside the container. The blades of the mixer are provided with rotary scrapers to clear away a food product from an internal wall of the container, a knife device, which is placed inside the container. The knife device contains a shaft, whereon knives to comminute the food product and an impeller to move the comminuted food product from the central area of the container to the peripheral area of the container are arranged. The drive of the mixer is arranged on the lid of the container, the drive of the knife device is arranged on the frame. The mixer contains a bushing, a bearing element, which is connected with the bushing and is made as S-shaped one, reinforcing elements, which are connected with the bushing with each blade of the mixer connected with the bearing element and the reinforcing element, and the impeller of the knife device contains blades wherein openings are made.
