A fountain pen contains a housing with an end element and inking tubes located inside the housing and brought out outside through the end element. The cross section of the housing of pen, its part or additional cowling has elongated oval shape. The openings in the end element pass through the major axis of cross section in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing of pen.
