A method for adipocyte differentiation in hanwoo intramuscular fibroblast-like cells and its application are provided to form excellent marbling in hanwoo by controlling nutrients in the feed of hanwoo, so that materials and genes capable of promoting adipocyte differentiation in hanwoo are screened. The method for adipocyte differentiation in hanwoo intramuscular fibroblast-like cells comprises the steps of: isolating the hanwoo intramuscular fibroblast-like cells from hanwoo; and culturing the isolated hanwoo intramuscular fibroblast-like cells in a medium containing 33 muN biotin, 17 muM pantothenate, 1mM caprylic acid, 100 muM ascorbic acid, 10 mug/ml insulin, 5 muM dexametasone, 10mM acetic acid and 0.5mM 3-isobutyl-1-methylantine for 12-18 days.
