PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant circulation type air-conditioning system to prevent a stop of circulation of a refrigerant and improve controllability by preventing the occurrence of a flow of a refrigerant in an amount not more than necessary. SOLUTION: A refrigerant circulation type air-conditioning system cools respective rooms mainly by effecting natural circulation of refrigerant liquid, in a heat-exchanger 1 of an outdoor machine, to a plurality of fan coil units 2 through operation of gravity and a pressure of evaporated refrigerant gas during cooling, and heats respective rooms through circulation of refrigerant gas, evaporated by the heat-exchanger 1 of the outdoor machine, to the fan coil units 2 through a pressure of the gas and a pump 3 during heat. In this case, st least during heating, the temperatures on the refrigerant liquid side of the heat-exchanger of the fan coil unit 2 is constantly measured. A temperature sensor 12 to transmit an electric signal when temperature measured during heating is decreased to a value lower than a set temperature is arranged at each of the fan coil units 2. A controller 9 is provided to control such that the valve travel of an expansion valve 7 to control the feed of a refrigerant is brought into a half opening state by a signal from the temperature sensor 12 during heating, by a signal from the temperature sensor 12 during heating. |
