Preparation of transparent phthalocyanine pigments, comprises mincing phthalocyanine raw pigments in eccentric oscillating mill with a mill container (a) for storing swing elements and with an exciter unit attached rigidly to (a), where the excitation takes place eccentrically on one side and outside of the force of gravity axis and in the center of mass of (a) and thus producing inhomogeneous oscillations.
